Exberliner panel discussion: Gay marriage and adoption

After snap decisions in England and France, same-sex marriage on par with traditional marriage between a man and a woman is now a reality in those countries. When will Germany follow suit?

And what about adoption by same-sex couples? While a majority of Europeans and Germans still say they oppose it, a recent decision by Germany’s highest court has paved the way for full adoption rights.

Join us for a discussion this Wednesday, March 27, 8pm at Kaffee Burger on all angles of the debate – in English of course.

Our guests:

Chistian Mentz has had a seven-year career in gay media and is now the chief online editor at Siegessäule, Berlin’s queer magazine. With a long-running interest in politics, his stance on gay marriage is that you can’t deny something you don’t have.
