Hip Hop fans rejoice and mark your calendars! Iconic US rap legends Cypress Hill are set to take the stage on July 9, 2025 as part of the Citadel Music Festival at the historic Spandau Citadel! This Berlin show is one of five exclusive concerts Cypress Hill will perform in Germany during their summer 2025 tour, with additional stops in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Munich, and Bonn.
Since setting foot onto the scene in the early 1990s, Cypress Hill — made up of B-Real, Sen Dog and DJ Muggs — have left their mark on global pop culture. Their groundbreaking debut album in 1991, featuring hits like How I Could Just Kill A Man, laid the foundation for their distinctive sound, a fusion of hip-hop beats, Latin influences, and unforgettable raps. Their 1993 release, Black Sunday, propelled them to worldwide fame with tracks like Insane in the Brain, earning them triple platinum status and multiple GRAMMY nominations.
The group continued to evolve their style, with albums like 2018’s Elephants on Acid and 2022’s Back in Black, a nod to their early roots, showcasing how important their relevance is in the hip-hop scene today.
