Now with a permanent location, Stoke serves authentic Japanese yakitori and kushiyaki grilled over binchotan charcoal – a style of cooking known for its clean burn and intense heat. With a whole-animal approach, they highlight the best of chicken, along with select pork and beef skewers across three set menus, with optional add-ons. Vegetarian options are available with 24 hours’ notice.
