With great restaurants on every block, it’s hard to keep track of Berlin’s best spots. It’s even harder to sift through all these restaurants to find the grand openings you just can’t miss. If you are in the mood for foodie hand-pulled noodles, great vegan hot dogs or just a really great brunch, keep reading.

Bertie

The owners of the ridiculously popular brunch spot Annelies are taking on nighttime dining with this New York-style bistro. Expect upscale takes on classics from schnitzel to deviled eggs and French dip-style beef sandwiches, as well as some excellent cocktails.

Herrlich Studio

Up-and-coming chef Hannah Kleeberg has worked all around the continent from Tbilisi to Barcelona, and now helms this freeform spot working with über-fresh ingredients (particularly veggies), while also serving quality natural wines, coffee and sweets.

N Noodles & Tea

Bergmannkiez isn’t the place you’d head to for good Chinese food? Enter N Noodles & Tea. The new spot does spicy Chongqing-style noodles topped with meat, tofu, or greenery, plus lemon tea on a tiny menu that keeps things simple.

The founder of Kreuzberg’s former Ramones museum is back with this day-and-night spot that’s a mix of punky pub and friendly neighbourhood café-bar, serving breakfasts, pastries, vegan hot dogs and surprisingly cheap cocktails considering prices these days.
