FRIDAY

20:00 A nice glass of German wine and a chat with the lovely owners at Hammers Weinkostbar after work.

21:00 Dinner with friends at Mädchen ohne Abitur.

1:00 We’ll drift towards the bars around Kottbusser Tor, checking out Südblock first.

SATURDAY

12:00 After a lie-in, I’ll be buying Berlin’s best bread at Soluna.

13:00 Stroll down Bergmannstraße from Südstern, visiting the old cemeteries along the way.

14:00 Head towards Marheinekeplatz, with its flea market and food hall.

19:00 It’s cocktail hour at Victoria Bar.

21:15 Kino Arsenal will surely have something interesting on.

SUNDAY

12:00 First, a visit to the Museum of Islamic Art at the Pergamon.

16:00 Then a lazy girls’ afternoon at the women’s hamam in Schokoladenfabrik for a truly relaxed Sunday.
