Reduced S-Bahn service: S1 and Ringbahn disrupted over weekend
Anyone travelling on the Ringbahn this weekend should expect significant delays. The service on the S41 and S42 will run only every 20 minutes from Friday at 15:00 until Monday at 01:30. Furthermore, anyone travelling past Wedding S-Bahn station will have to exit there and board another train.
In addition, the S1 line will also be significantly restricted around Zehlendorf over the weekend. The S-Bahn will not run at all between Wannsee and Zehlendorf from Friday at 21:45 and Monday at 01:30. Instead, a replacement bus service will be in operation.
