Black Country Communion is a rousing supergroup that unites some of the most impressive musicians on the rock scene: Glenn Hughes (known for Deep Purple, Black Sabbath and Trapeze), blues rock guitarist Joe Bonamassa, Jason Bonham (son of Led Zeppelin legend John Bonham, active with Sammy Hagar and Foreigner, among others) and virtuoso keyboardist Derek Sherinian (Dream Theater, Sons of Apollo). Their sound is deeply rooted in classic British and American hard rock and blues rock – powerful, emotional and technically at the highest level.
Since their formation over 15 years ago, the band has made a name for itself not only through excellent songwriting, but also through their captivating stage presence. What sets Black Country Communion apart is their palpable passion for their musical craft – and their willingness to challenge each other creatively to create music that transcends the ordinary.
